The Collingwood Hall of Fame was introduced in 2004, with the inaugural 18 inductees announced on the evening of April 3, 2004, hours after the Magpies had defeated the Western Bulldogs at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. It honours the champions of the Collingwood Football Club.
