Hahn joined Collingwood in a new position under Nathan Buckley.

Hahn will aide the development of the club's forward line and will have a VFL match day role under the guidance of Craig McRae.

The former Bulldog showcased his coaching ability in 2011 under Rodney Eade on the rookie list working as the forwards coach for the club’s VFL affiliate, Williamstown. He was coached at Williamstown by former North Melbourne player Peter German.

He was a reliable and consistent contributor for the Western Bulldogs for over a decade after arriving from Queensland. Hahn played mainly as an undersized key forward alongside the likes of Brad Johnson, Barry Hall and Scott Welsh. He was also capable of playing on the ball. He played in nine finals, kicking 10 goals.

Playing Career: Western Bulldogs 2000-10 (181 games, 164 goals).
