The Magpies stayed sun smart at training on another warm Melbourne morning with the healthy crowd in attendance serving notice that only 23 days remain until the club's first NAB Cup match on 15 February.

The energy and voice out on the track was noticeable and is no doubt linked with the fact that the games are only just far around the corner.
