VFL: Grundy best in victory

Watch the VFL Magpies celebrate Saturday's win over Essendon at Victoria Park. The players walk off and sing the song after a big win against Essendon at Vic Park.
Brodie Grundy was named best afield in Collingwood's 17-point win over Essendon in its final home game at Victoria Park for season 2014.

The win bolsters Collingwood's finals hopes, taking it to 10 wins for the year with just two games remaining in the home and away season.
Grundy was named his side's best after kicking three goals, while Patrick Karnezis and Ben Sinclair both performed well as they continue their returns from hamstring injuries.

Supporters will also be pleased to hear of the successful appearance of Darcy Moore, the 18-year-old son of former club captain and dual Brownlow Medallist Peter Moore.

Moore played as Collingwood’s 23rd man, under a rule designed to enable clubs to promote young talent and provide them with a taste of VFL football to aid their development.
