Nick Maxwell, Luke Ball, Quinten Lynch, Darren Jolly and Heath Scotland will be treated to a lap of honour around the MCG at 1.30pm, prior to the first bounce for the match between Hawthorn and Sydney.
The retired quintet will be joined by Simon Black, Campbell Brown, Jonathan Brown, Dom Cassisi, Dean Cox, Daniel Giansiracusa, Lenny Hayes, Josh Hunt, Ash McGrath and Ben Rutten.
