Scott Pendlebury has once again found himself amongst the votes in the AFL Coaches Association Champion Player of the Year award.

After polling four votes for his 25-disposal game against Brisbane, Pendlebury this week collected 32 possessions and one vote from the coaches.

Pendlebury was energetic from the outset against the Crows. He had 12 disposals in the first quarter before adding another 10 in the second term. Only teammate Adam Oxley finished with more disposals in Collingwood’s 27 point loss.

Pendlebury was the only Magpie to figure in voting this week, as Adelaide players rounded out the remainder of the votes.
