A dominant second quarter from Williamstown has the away side leading Collingwood’s VFL side by 34 points at the major break.

A tight start to the game was quickly eradicated in the second period as the Seagulls piled on six goals to Collingwood’s one at Victoria Park.

Former Western Bulldog player Ayce Cordy made an impressive start for the Seagulls, kicking two goals in the opening half. He was joined by former Saint Arryn Siposs in hitting the scoreboard.

For the Magpies, defender Sam McLarty kicked the opening goal of the game before following it up with a brilliant contested defensive mark.

Forwards Jesse White and Chris Mayne were the other goal scorers for the Magpies.

Captain Jack Hellier and youngster Callum Brown have been solid in the middle, while Tom Phillips made an impact in the second quarter.
