Coaching Staff

Collingwood's coaching staff underwent a major revamp at the end of the 2011 season when club legend Nathan Buckley took the reins from Mick Malthouse after 13 years at the helm. In his first season in charge, Buckley was joined by several new faces on an extended 10-man coaching panel. After steering the Magpies to within 26 points of the Grand Final in 2012, the same coaches manned the phones in the box and on the interchange bench at both AFL and VFL level in 2013.

In 2014, former club captain Scott Burns has returned to the Westpac Centre as midfield coach while ex-Fremantle development coach Steve Grace replaces Mitch Hahn in coaching the club's young defenders.
