Coaching Staff


Collingwood's coaching staff underwent a major revamp at the end of the 2011 season when club legend Nathan Buckley took the reins from Mick Malthouse after 13 years at the helm.

The coaching panel now contains a group of leaders with unmatched footballing resumes. The group has combined for a remarkable total of 2,336 VFL/AFL games.

Nathan Buckley

Nathan Buckley, who captained the club in 161 senior games, is approaching his seventh year as senior coach. Full profile.

Brenton Sanderson

Sanderson joins Collingwood after senior and assistant roles with Port Adelaide, Geelong, Adelaide and the National Academy. Full profile.
