Star Collingwood midfielder Daniel Wells is no guarantee to face Port Adelaide on Sunday at the Adelaide Oval, while Mason Cox is set to replace the suspended Brodie Grundy in the ruck.
Wells, 32, suffered a left quad injury against North Melbourne last week and couldn't move as he would have liked.
"He got through training OK and we'll see how he pulls up, but given his lack of mobility towards the end of the game and through the game last week, he definitely has a query on whether he'll get up," coach Nathan Buckley said on Thursday.
"We'll give him every chance because he's in our best side."
Technically, Brodie's tackle was exactly how we wanted it. At this stage, we won't coach (tackling) any differently" - Bucks #sidebyside pic.twitter.com/y5zftw6YgF
