Jordan De Goey and Darcy Moore have been withdrawn from Collingwood's team to play St Kilda at the MCG on Saturday afternoon.

De Goey (shin soreness) and Moore (ankle soreness) have been replaced by James Aish and Rupert Wills.

Aish comes in for his sixth game this year, while Wills earns a reprieve after playing his first match of the season last week and originally being dropped.

The 12th-placed Saints are unchanged from their selected side.

De Goey was still restricted at training on Thursday and coach Nathan Buckley told reporters afterwards that the forward had been dealing with the issue for some time.

Moore has dealt with hamstring problems in recent years, but had played every game this season and established himself as one of the competition's in-form defenders.

Fellow emergencies Daniel Wells and Isaac Quaynor, who was Collingwood's top draft pick last year and 13th overall, will instead play in the VFL on Sunday.

Quaynor will have to wait at least another week to make his AFL debut.
