Requests Criteria

Requests that are not submitted on the donation request form or are incomplete will not be considered.

The club does not accept any items to be signed under any circumstances. Items sent to the club for this purpose will be sent back unsigned and the Collingwood Football Club takes no responsibility of lost or damaged items.  

We encourage all members and supporters to attend training sessions (as advertised on the website) as players will sign autographs at their discretion before and after training.

Requests must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the event.

If the request is for a charitable function, expect a reply approximately four weeks prior to the function.

The club does not provide monetary donations or sponsorship.

Types of Requests

Coles Community Bay Tickets Program

This program provides community organisations, welfare agencies, schools and disadvantaged people with tickets to Collingwood AFL and SNL matches.

Collingwood Training Visits

Collingwood hosts special training visits for disadvantaged people at AFL, Netball and AFLW training sessions. Visitors are hosted by a Collingwood staff member and have the opportunity to meet players for autographs and photos.

Due to the high volume of interest, we are unfortunately not able to fulfil all requests.

Team Signed Apparel

Collingwood is pleased to make a limited number of team signed apparel/merchandise items available to not-for-profit community organisations for fundraising purposes.

As we are inundated for requests for donations, some items may only be made available at a cost of $150 reduced from the RRP of $595.

The club has items from the AFL, AFLW and SNL teams.

Funerals

Collingwood is pleased to loan club flags and Premiership Cups for funerals of Collingwood members and supporters, however, we do ask for a $100 donation to the CFC Foundation to continue to help those in need.

Premiership Cup Program

Collingwood is pleased to provide members and supporters with the opportunity to hire a Premiership Cup for special events and celebrations, however we do ask for a $100 donation to the CFC Foundation.

Birthday Requests

Collingwood receives many requests for birthday messages, cards and letters and as much as we would like to be able to celebrate all supporters and members birthdays we are just not able to. Milestone birthday (e.g. 100^th, 21^st, 50^th) requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Player Appearance Requests

The club does not accept AFL player appearance requests.
All AFL player appearances are pre-allocated to club community programs/ partners at the beginning of each year.
