Well-known through her netball exploits, Layton follows in the footsteps of clubmate Ash Brazill in playing both netball and football for Collingwood. The former Australian Diamonds captain made her AFLW debut in 2019 and only missed one match for the Pies.

Hailing from Bendigo, Grant has been part of the Pies since its inaugural season in 2017. She is greatly respected by her teammates, which has seen her chosen as the team's vice captain in both 2018 and 2019. Grant has footy-smarts, reads the play well and is a true utility. Her bravery on-field is one of her best attributes and she never shies away from a challenge.

A star forward for Mayo in the Ladies Gaelic Football Association in Ireland, the 23-year-old made the move to Melbourne, making her AFLW debut in Round 1 of the 2019 season. Impressing with great speed and agility, she was awarded the club's Best First Year Player in 2019. During the AFLW off-season, Rowe returned home to Ireland to represent her county in the Gaelic Football season.

Currently a Collingwood Netball player, Brazill is an elite athlete with proven knowledge in professional sport. Blessed with an amazing pair of hands, Brazill is very clean and makes excellent decisions. The 2019 season saw the 29-year-old play a crucial role down back that saw her awarded as the club's Runner Up Best and Fairest as well as a spot on the All-Australian Team. Injuries have been cruel to the 19-year-old who has undergone two knee reconstructions in recent years. Gourlay bounced back hard at the end of the 2018 VFL Women's season playing for the Casey Demons. Molloy was the TAC Cup Girls leading goal kicker who finished the season with a plethora of awards as the VFLW Rising Star as well as a joint winner of the TAC Cup Girls best-and-fairest and 2017 VFLW goal kicking awards. Having sustained a lisfranc fracture in Collingwoood's 2018 VFLW Preliminary Final, Molloy was forced to the sidelinesfor the entire 2019 AFLW season. During her recovery period, she formed part of the AFLW coaching roup as an opposition analyst. Molloy has recently signed on with the Pies for both the 2020 and 2021 seasons.

D'Arcy formed part of the Pies' inaugural side in 2017 and has recently signed on for the 2020 season. She is a fierce half-forward with a strong appetite for the contest. With good endurance, she is able to provide strong leaders up the fround. As a co-captain in 2019, D'Arcy was also awarded the club's Leading Goal Kicker Award, having booted a total of four goals throughout the season.

The 18-year-old was awarded a Rising Star nomination after an oustanding performance in the Pies' Round 7 victory over the Brisbane Lions at Victoria Park in 2019.
