Head Coach
Symonds heads into his second season as senior coach of the Pies in 2021. In his first season at the club, Symonds coached the Pies to their best season yet where they made their finals debut.
With a depth of football experience, Symonds has been involved in senior coaching for over 20 years. He established Norwood’s inaugural women’s football program and led the team to two grand finals as well a premiership in 2017. He was awarded South Australia’s Coach of the Year that same year.
With a solid focus on development, Symonds looks forward to what’s in store for the 2021 season.
