Notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Collingwood Football Club Ltd. will be held in the Park Room, Melbourne Park Function Centre (directly opposite Westpac Centre) on Thursday 12th February 2015 at 6.00 pm.
Social Club, Captains, Legends and Club 5 members in 2014 have access and will be required to bring their membership card.
Business:
1. To confirm the minutes of the last AGM held on the 11th February 2014.
2. The reception and adoption of the Annual Report, Directors’ Report, Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet for the year ending the 31st October, 2014.
3. The presentation of Life Memberships and Special Services Awards.
4. Declaration of the Election Poll.
5. The consideration of any other business.
