AFLW Backline Coach & VFLW Senior Coach

McMillan was the senior assistant coach of the Dandenong Stingrays Youth Girls in 2016 before joining Collingwood as one of three development coaches for the inaugural AFLW season in 2017.

Known as an excellent analyser of the game, she played state football at a Youth Girls level before becoming a coach and has previously worked for the AFL's official statisticians Champion Data.

McMillan was appointed as Collingwood’s VFLW senior coach in 2020.
