Collingwood is proud to again field a team in the Robert Rose Foundation Victorian Wheelchair Football League (VWFL) in 2020. All games will be held at the Boroondara Sports Complex.
The Robert Rose Foundation is named in honour of former Magpie, Robert Rose. The son of Collingwood icon Bob Rose, Robert became a quadriplegic following a car accident in 1974.
The VWFL is designed to provide sporting opportunity for Victorians with a physical disability. Five AFL clubs will be represented in the 2021 season, with Collingwood, Hawthorn, Essendon, St Kilda and Richmond all fielding teams.
