Using the Olympic Park running track

Olympic Park oval and running track upgrade works

The Collingwood Football Club advises the Olympic Park oval and running track at the KGM Centre will be temporarily closed for upgrades from Monday 14 September until early January.

The $1 million upgrade will improve the playing oval surface and synthetic running track.

For the safe instalment of the new turf and completion of the works, the oval and running track will be closed and fenced off from 14 September.

The oval and track is expected to reopen in early January, subject to weather and construction conditions.

Following the completion of the works, current access conditions will continue to apply, with the running track unavailable to the public during the Collingwood Football Club training sessions.
