Adam Treloar will highlight a Collingwood VFL team set to play Werribee in its first practice match on Sunday afternoon.

The recruit will pull on the Black and White stripes for the first time in the 1pm hit-out at the Holden Centre after coach Nathan Buckley announced his debut on Tuesday.

"We'll get 70 or 80 minutes of footy into him with a view of having him up for NAB 3," Buckley told the media.

"It's the next progression for him and we're smoothing his progression to a round one berth, given that the steps up are good."

Treloar will be joined on the Olympic Park Oval by two other AFL-listed Magpies.

Number 65 draft selection Ben Crocker has been named, alongside basketball convert Darrean Wyatt.

Wyatt has not played an organised game of Australian Rules football since his early teens after forging a career in college basketball in the United States.

The Melbourne-born recruit attended the College of Coastal Carolina before relocating back to Melbourne and being signed by the Magpies.

VFL regulars Ben Moloney, Jack Blair, Nick Gray and Ash Close are also part of Dale Tapping’s 23-man squad to take on North Melbourne’s affiliate side.
