Join Magpie favourite Denis Banks as he relives his football journey on Fox Footy's Open Mike at 8.30pm (AEST) on Tuesday.

From premiership success to the passing of close friend Darren Millane, Banks speaks candidly to host Mike Sheahan about his thirteen year career at Victoria Park.

Banks wore the No. 12 in 166 games, during a career interspersed by a series of injuries. Debuting at the age of 19, he played in a Grand Final during his first year, against Carlton in 1979.

He was named as an All-Australian in 1984, won the club's Most Courageous Player award in 1984 and 1986, and entered the Collingwood Hall of Fame in 1987.

The episode will be shown nationally on Fox Footy at 8.30pm (AEST) on Tuesday evening.
