Collingwood forward Imogen Barnett has claimed the VFLW best and fairest award on Saturday.

In what was a breakout debut season at the Pies, Barnett's rise saw her recognised as one of the competitions most damaging forwards.

The 26-year-old also claimed the VFL leading goalkicker award after booting 20 goals in 13 home-and-away matches.

Barnett's strong season saw her land on the Pies' AFLW list - a fitting reward for effort.

Tied for second place was captain Cailtin Bunker and Mikala Cann, with Jasmine Furguson rounding out the top-3.
