Collingwood are set to take on the Brisbane Lions at Brighton Homes Arena at 12:05pm on Friday.

Coach Otten has made five changes to Collingwood’s side that defeated Coburg in Round 3, with Josh Tovey, Harrison Kennedy, Liam Hude, Christian Algeri and Chad Mulvouge returning to the side.

Mason Cox, Lachie Sullivan, Ed Allan and Will Hoskin-Elliott have all been called into the AFL squad, while Brady Grey will miss through injury.

It’s the third consecutive year that Collingwood has taken on Brisbane at Brighton Homes Arena on Good Friday, with the Magpies looking for their first victory at the venue this week.

The Good Friday clash is the Pies’ first of three trips to Queensland for the 2025 Smithy’s VFL season, with clashes against the Southport Sharks and Gold Coast SUNS to come later in the year.

The Magpies have started 2025 in style with 25- and 24-point wins respectively over the Sydney Swans and Coburg Lions.

Recruit Riley Mason has impressed with bags of 4 and 5 goals respectively in the first two games, while AFL listed Finlay Macrae will look to add to his 26 disposals gathered against Coburg in his second hit out of the year.

The game will be streamed live and free via Collingwoodfc.com.au.

Boston Dowling and Josh Tovey are the two emergencies.
