Collingwood AFLW Coach Sam Wright has named the Magpies’ extended squad for Sunday’s Round 4 clash with North Melbourne at Arden Street Oval.
After missing last week’s clash with Narrm due to concussion, AFLW Captain Ruby Schleicher returns to the squad.
Second-year Irish defender Muireann Atkinson also returns to the squad after overcoming illness that saw her as a late out.
After narrowly losing to top side Narrm last week at Collingwood’s spiritual home of Victoria Park, the Pies will look to go one better over reigning Premiers North Melbourne, who have won their last 15 matches.
The two sides, who haven’t played each other since October 2022, will meet for just the sixth time in AFLW history this Sunday at Arden Street Oval.
The final team including three emergencies, will be selected from the extended squad and named at 5pm on Friday.
Collingwood fans can watch the game live on Fox Footy and kayosports.com.au, with the first bounce at 3:05pm (AEST).
