Collingwood AFLW Senior Coach Sam Wright has named his final team to host Richmond this Sunday at Victoria Park in the Pies’ home Pride Round clash.
After being named in the extended squad, draftee Ash Centra was unable to overcome a calf complaint which will see her miss her second match of 2025 after being a late out against St Kilda last week.
Forward Nell Morris-Dalton comes into the side for her sixth game of the season, having last played in the Pies’ Round 7 loss to the Bulldogs.
22-year-old Eliza James has been omitted from the squad after playing the last two matches against West Coast and St Kilda.
James, Alana Porter and Selena Karlson have been named as emergencies.
A special occasion on the AFLW calendar, Sunday will mark the second week of Pride Round, the first time in league history that Pride is celebrated over two weeks.
The second week allows all Clubs the opportunity to host a Pride clash at their home venues, with Collingwood celebrating the occasion by opening the gates to Victoria Park and allowing all fans to watch the football for free by redeeming their tickets through Ticketmaster.
With plenty of activations around Victoria Park, the stage is set for a fun day out for all to enjoy.
For fans that can’t get to the game, Collingwood’s Round 10 clash will be broadcast live and free on the Seven Network, as well as Foxtel and kayosports.com.au.
