The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Members of the Collingwood Football Club (CFC) will be held at 6:00pm AEDT on Tuesday December 16, 2025.

Election of Directors 

The Club received two nominations – Paul Tuddenham and Nick Sims – for the two available Board positions. As a result, no Director election will be required at this year’s AGM.

The Board unanimously endorses and fully supports their re-election. Paul and Nick have each been recognised for their valuable contributions to the Club’s recent successes and for their unwavering commitment to our future strategic direction.

All Voting Members will receive information from CorpVote on Tuesday, November 25 on how to lodge a proxy vote for the following resolutions:

Ordinary Resolution 1 – Re-election of incumbent Director Mr Paul Tuddenham;
Ordinary Resolution 2 – Re-election of incumbent Director Mr Nick Sims.
