Collingwood will take on North Melbourne as part of the 2026 AAMI Community Series the league has announced today. 

The Pies will play the Roos at Ballarat's Mars Stadium on Sunday 1 March at 3:10pm AEDT.

The game against the Kangaroos comes exactly a week before their Opening Round clash at the MCG with St. Kilda on Sunday 8 March. 

Tickets for the pre-season match go on sale on Wednesday 4 February, 2026.

Club Member Access

Club Members with AFL Premiership Season entry entitlements will have free general admission access* to Community Series matches in which their Club is competing by scanning in with their membership to the venue on match day, subject to capacity. Alternatively, Club members can guarantee their entry by registering for a general admission ticket or upgrading to a reserved seat via the relevant ticket agent using their 2026 membership barcode, subject to availability.

Club members who do not have AFL Premiership Season entry entitlements will not have free access to the Community Series matches.

AFL Member Access

AFL Members have free general admission access* to all Community Series matches by scanning in with their membership to the venue on match day, subject to capacity. Alternatively, AFL Members can register for a general admission ticket or upgrade to a reserved seat via the assigned venue ticket agent using their 2026 AFL Membership barcode, subject to availability.

*Pending venue capacity, the AFL may determine a match to be fully ticketed, removing general admission access for that match. Members would be required to upgrade to guarantee entry.

AFL Ticketing will issue Community Series Ticketing Information in January 2026 prior to on-sales, detailing venue arrangements, match day ticketing operations, and club and stakeholder ticketing details.
