Collingwood will challenge the one-match ban offered to Scott Pendlebury for rough conduct (First Offence) during the fourth quarter of the Magpies' Round 1 match against the Adelaide Crows on Saturday night.
The incident was assessed as Careless Conduct, Medium Impact and High Contact.
The AFL Tribunal will sit tomorrow night.
