Collingwood has named four inclusions for its Round 8 clash with Hawthorn on Thursday night at the MCG.
Captain Darcy Moore, midfielder Ned Long, defender Wil Parker and forward Jack Buller come into the senior team.
Moore will line-up for his second match of 2026 following his recovery from a low-grade hamstring injury and inflamed bursa he sustained in the Pies’ Round 3 win over GWS.
Sitting seventh in the AFL for average tackles, Long returns after he was managed for Collingwood’s Anzac Day win.
Parker and Buller will both play their third game each for the season, with the duo playing in the Magpies’ first two games against St Kilda and Adelaide respectively.
With a five-day break between Rounds 7 and 8, veterans Scott Pendlebury and Jeremy Howe have both been managed, while forwards Tim Membrey (hamstring) and Beau McCreery (general soreness) will miss the clash.
Membrey had some hamstring awareness following the Magpies’ Anzac Day game against Essendon. Scans have since confirmed a hamstring strain. Membrey is expected to be sidelined for four weeks.
Midfielders Ed Allan and Lachie Sullivan and forward Charlie West will be the Pies’ emergencies for Round 8.
The match will be broadcast live on Channel 7, 7plus, Fox Footy and Kayo Sports.
