Collingwood have made five changes to the side that prevailed over Essendon last week, with notable off-season recruit Will Phillips to make his Club debut on Friday night.

Phillips, who joined Collingwood's VFL side after 50 AFL games for North Melbourne, will re-join former teammate Brynn Teakle when Collingwood face Box Hill at the Kennedy Community Centre for the first time.

VFL co-captain Ben De Bolfo has also returned to the side, with the 23-year-old defender to face his former side.

Liam Hude, Harry Kennedy and Tadhg McCarthy have also been recalled, with McCarthy to officially play alongside brother and 2025 Collingwood draftee Zac for the first time.

After an impressive five goal haul last week which saw him reach the top five in the VFL leading goal scorers, Jack Buller has been recalled to the AFL side to play his third game for the Club.

Defender Reef McInnes comes out of the side after sustaining an ACL injury in last week’s VFL clash with Essendon, while injury will also see Harvey Harrison and Joel Cochran miss.

VFL defender Luke Quaynor rounds out the omissions.

Quaynor, Max Mahoney, Charlie McCartin, Xavier Laverty, Hamish Collins and Robbie Varcoe will serve as emergencies.

Catch all the action from Collingwood’s clash with Box Hill will be streamed live and free on Collingwoodfc.com.au from 7pm (AEST).
