Collingwood have made three changes to their VFL side for Saturday’s double-header at Bundoora, with mid-season draftee Mitch Podhajski among the inclusions.

Podhajski, who made his AFL debut against Melbourne in the Big Freeze clash, will return to the side as the Pies prepare to host the Tigers at Bundoora’s La Trobe University.

Joining Podhajski in the inclusions are VFL co-captains Ben De Bolfo and Brady Grey, with the duo both having spent time on the sidelines due to injury.

AFL-listed defender Tew Jiath is set to miss the Richmond clash due to injury alongside VFL recruit Taj Woewodin, while key forward Xavier Laverty has been omitted.

Liam Hude, Charlie McCartin, Josiah Landy, Harry Mahoney, Jake Watts, Luke Quaynor and Hamish Collins will serve as the emergencies for the clash.

Defender Jakob Ryan will look to continue his strong VFL form, while mid-season draftee Liam Puncher aim to continue last week’s impressive performance against Frankston, which saw him finish the night with eight marks and seven intercepts.

Charlie West will again line up in the forward line, with the second-year Pie starring in Collingwood’s narrow one-point loss to Frankston last week as he finished with 21 disposals, six inside-50s and three goals.

Saturday will serve as a double-header with the VFLW side, who will host the Tasmania Devils at 9:05am AEST as they look to continue their perfect 5-0 start to the season and will be streamed live and free on AFL.com.au.

Collingwood’s VFL clash with Richmond will be broadcast live and free on ABC and ABC iView, as well as streamed on Collingwoodfc.com.au from 12:00pm AEST.
