The Collingwood Football Club is pleased to announce its coaching group for the 2026 NAB AFLW Season.

Led by Senior Coach Sam Wright, the panel combines experience across the AFL and elite sporting environments, providing a range of expertise as the program continues to progress.

Heading into his third season with the program, Dom Tyson will continue to support Wright as Senior Assistant and will oversee the midfield group.

Cameron Morris will continue as Head of Strategy in addition to being an Assistant Coach, responsible for the forward line. His football knowledge and focus on development will continue to be key assets for the program.

Brady Grey joins the coaching group as Assistant (Backline) Coach. A former Fremantle AFL player and Peel Thunder WAFL premiership player, Grey brings four seasons of AFLW assistant coaching experience with Fremantle and Hawthorn, complemented by men's development coaching experience. He also adds proven leadership, continuing as the Pies' Co-Captain in the VFL in 2026.

Tom Cashin will serve as Head of Development where the successful Magpie VFLW Senior Coach will continue to showcase his care in developing emerging talent.

General Manager of Women’s Football Jess Burger said the experience across the coaching group would provide strong value for the playing group.

“Our coaching group brings together people who have succeeded at the highest level of Australian sport and are leaders who genuinely care about guiding our players as footballers and people,” Burger said.

“Each coach on our panel is deeply invested in our AFLW program and committed to helping each player reach their potential.

“We’ve assembled coaches with diverse experiences and complementary strengths, united by the shared purpose of continuing to build and progress our elite environment.

“As we look forward to the 2026 season, we’re excited by the expertise and passion this coaching group will bring.”
