Lachie Sullivan is among the inclusions for Saturday afternoon's final game of the 2026 VFL season, when the Pies take on Port Melbourne.

Sullivan headlines five changes from last week's one-point loss to Essendon, with fellow AFL-listed players Wil Parker, Joel Cochran and Harry DeMattia also among the ins.

The fifth inclusion is Gus Kennedy, a Dandenong Stingrays draft prospect.

Zavier Maher, Josiah Landy, Jake Watts, Xavier Laverty and Clancy Snell go out of the side.

Despite sitting 16th on the ladder, the Pies have been in brilliant form throughout the back half of the season.

Before last week's heartbreaking single digit loss, the Pies enjoyed a three-match winning streak, including toppling ladder-leaders Geelong at GMHBA Stadium.

Port Melbourne sit 10th on the ladder heading into Saturday's match, with the first ball up scheduled for 2:05pm at ETU Stadium.

The two Clubs' VFLW sides will take the field earlier in the day as part of a double-header.
