Josh Thomas
A regular on the emergency list for the AFL team, Thomas has been pushing hard on the training track as he endeavours to win back his spot in the forward line.

Brayden Sier
Another of the emergencies for last Friday's AFL clash with Essendon, Sier pushed his case with a solid performance in the reserves scratch match against the Bombers.

Darcy Cameron
Has been a strong performer in recent reserves scratch matches since losing his place in the AFL team to Mason Cox.

Jack Madgen
The carryover emergency for the AFL match against the Bombers, Madgen played a half in the reserves scratch match and was an outstanding performer. Right on the cusp of returning to the AFL team.

Will Kelly
Has been getting better every week in the reserves scratch matches while playing as a key forward. Kicked three goals against Essendon and then received a nice pump-up from AFL assistant coach Brenton Sanderson on SEN radio. “He’d be in the mix for the next few weeks,” Sanderson said on AFL Nation. “He’s got incredible talent and a little bit different to Ned…he’s creative and got some real tricks and kicked another bag (in Friday’s scratch match against Essendon) and looks like he’ll be a real player of the future for us. He’s a really good size and super fit so he will definitely play senior footy this year.”
