Collingwood will meet Fremantle at Optus Stadium on Sunday evening.

The round nine clash will be broadcasted live on Fox Footy (via Foxtel and Kayo) and AFL Live Pass, with the first bounce set for 6.10pm AEST.

MATCH PREVIEW

Both teams will be keen to redeem themselves having suffered tough losses in round eight.

Steele Sidebottom is likely to return into Collingwood’s midfield in the absence of Scott Pendlebury who was a late withdrawal from last week’s match with quad tightness. Dockers’ captain Nat Fyfe is also set to make his return from a hamstring injury.

The Pies currently sit in ninth position on the ladder after last Sunday’s 66-point loss to West Coast while Fremantle sit in 16th.

The match will also mark the first occasion the Pies are likely to meet former teammate James Aish as well as former assistant coach Justin Longmuir who took over the reins as senior coach of the Dockers this season.
