Collingwood's round 18 clash against Port Adelaide has been confirmed by the AFL.
The Pies will host the Power in the final game of the home and away season at the Gabba on Monday 21st September at 7.15pm (AEST).
The match will be broadcast live on Channel 7 and Fox Footy.
