The Collingwood Football Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held online at 6:00pm (AEDT) on Thursday 16 December 2021. 

As a result of the uncertainty and potential health risks created by the COVID-19 pandemic, the AGM will be held as a virtual meeting.

All Life Members and eligible Ordinary Members are entitled to join and vote at the AGM. Further detail of what constitutes an eligible Ordinary Member can be found here.

Collingwood has partnered with CorpVote for provision of the online platform that will support member participation and direct electronic voting on the Ordinary Resolution as set out in the Notice of Meeting, which can be found here.

Registration and access to the online platform will be via this page. A link will become available from 9:00am on 16 December 2021. Please note you will need your membership number and post code for access.

Proxies
All Life Members and eligible Ordinary Members will be emailed or mailed with information on how to appoint a proxy. The appointment of a proxy must be received by CorpVote by 6:00pm on Tuesday 14th December 2021.

If you are a Life Member or an eligible Ordinary Member and do not receive your proxy information by 6:00pm on Monday 29th November 2021, please contact the CorpVote customer service team on 1300 710 950.

Submitting questions
Given the virtual nature of the AGM, we request that members make every attempt to submit any questions in advance of the meeting. Questions can be submitted here by 5:00pm on Tuesday 16 December.

Members will also have an opportunity to submit questions during the meeting via the CorpVote platform. The Chair will request that Members identify themselves as part of any question posed through the platform.
