Collingwood’s VFLW team are looking to continue their winning streak over Hawthorn in round four this Saturday.

The match will be played at 12:05pm, Saturday 5 March at Victoria Park.

After only three rounds, both Collingwood and Hawthorn have won two games and lost one. Hawthorn is currently sitting fourth on the ladder whilst Collingwood is sixth.

In round three, Collingwood and Hawthorn both won their respective matches and will be looking for another win on the board.

After a shock first game loss for Collingwood, they have maintained impressive form since their round two win and will want to continue their momentum into round four.

Nyakoat Djoiok will be making her VFLW debut for Collingwood this week. Djoiok joins the Pies from the Greater Western Victoria Rebels the NAB league where she represented VIC Country. Her speed and height will be utilised in the defence and will assist the already strong backline.

Collingwood will be without ruck Sarah King, who unfortunately injured her hand in the first quarter of last week’s match.

The round four match will kick off at 12:05pm and will be free entry for those who would like to attend.

All VFLW games will now be streamed live and free throughout 2022. The round four match against Hawthorn will be streamed via the VFL/W YouTube channel: (https://www.youtube.com/AFLVictoria).
