Collingwood has made five changes ahead of facing Brisbane on Thursday night at the Gabba.

Vice-captain Taylor Adams returns to the line-up after sitting out round four due to the AFL's health and safety protocols, while Jordan De Goey comes back from a one-week suspension.

Defender Jordan Roughead is back for his first senior game of the year after a successful hit-out in the VFL last weekend and Nathan Kreuger is right to go after a shoulder issue that saw him miss two games.

Mason Cox makes his way into the side after a positive VFL game in a forward-ruck role against the Northern Bullants.

Our medical substitute will be out of Trent Bianco, Tyler Brown, John Noble and Finlay Macrae.
