Collingwood forwards Jack Ginnivan, Beau McCreery and Brody Mihocek will be available for selection against Essendon on ANZAC Day.

Ginnivan trained well on Tuesday after sitting out round five with calf soreness, while McCreery has overcome a hip complaint that saw the lively forward miss the last three rounds.

Mihocek will be a welcome addition to the squad against the Bombers, who was under the AFL's health and safety protocols during round five.

Defender Jordan Roughead sustained a finger injury during the clash against the Lions and underwent a successful surgery over the weekend. The 31-year-old will be available for selection in round seven or eight.

Forward Darcy Cameron has pulled up well from a knock to the ribs and should be right to go on ANZAC Day.

Mid-season rookie Aiden Begg is set to be available for VFL selection after a bout of concussion.

New recruit Charlie Dean has had a small set back after a review with the surgeon and won't return until after round 14.

Nathan Murphy continues to make good progress from ankle surgery and will look to join competitive training next week.
