Carlton will host Collingwood on Sunday afternoon at the 'G during the final round of the home and away season.
The 3.20pm bounce is a family-friendly fixture for a match that will likely shape the finals series, with both sides also vying for the Richard Pratt Cup for the 13th year.
In collaboration with the Pratt Foundation and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, the traditional rivals will come together to support one cause.
This year, the Richard Pratt Cup game will aim to raise awareness and funds for Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, supporting men's cancers in particular prostate cancer.
