Collingwood games-record holder Scott Pendlebury also returns after he was a late withdrawal from last week’s team with a corked thigh.
Midfielders Lachie Sullivan (injury), Ed Allan and Tom Mitchell (omitted) make way from the team that defeated Richmond.
Sullivan has been ruled out for the rest of the season after suffering a high-grade posterior cruciate ligament against the Tigers.
De Goey hasn't played at AFL level since the Pies’ Round 8 clash with Geelong due to Achilles inflammation.
The 2023 premiership hero was also concussed at training ahead of Collingwood’s Round 17 win over Carlton, further delaying his return.
Hill returns for his first game at AFL level since Round 15 against St Kilda.
The pair turned out at VFL level last weekend for the Pies clash with Frankston, with Hill impressing with three goals from 12 disposals, while De Goey finished with 19 disposals and six tackles.
Allan and defenders Wil Parker and Billy Frampton are the three emergencies for the match.
The tactical substitution will be selected from the bench and will be named 60 minutes before the first bounce.
Saturday night’s clash will see Collingwood wear its 2025 retro guernsey, consisting of a white base, black stripes and a mix of classic logos that nod to the past.
Collingwood encourages the Magpie Army to wear their best retro kits to the game to join in the fun of 'Retro Week'.
It will be the second clash between the Pies and Lions this year following their Round 6 Easter Thursday match-up, which Collingwood won by 52 points.
The Pies will be gunning for their fifth straight win over Brisbane, dating back to the 2023 Grand Final victory.
Collingwood fans can watch the game live on Fox Footy and kayosports.com.au, with the first bounce at 7:35pm (AEST).
