Collingwood Head of High Performance Mathew Pell has provided an injury and health update ahead of Collingwood’s Round 5 match against the Sydney Swans at Victoria Park on Saturday afternoon.

Vice-Captain Jordy Allen will be available for this week’s match against Sydney after overcoming her calf injury.  
 
NEW UPDATES: 

Selena Karlson 
Selena Karlson sustained a minor adductor strain at training last week. The 27-year-old is expected to recover in one to two weeks.

Mattea Breed will take a longer-term approach in her recovery after being placed on the Inactive List to ensure a return to full strength leading into the 2026 AFLW pre-season.  
 
Bri Davey 
Bri Davey underwent routine ankle surgery to clear scar tissue on the area. An update on her return to football will be communicated in due course.  
 
Kellyann Hogan 
Kellyann Hogan continues to progress well in her shoulder rehabilitation. The Irish recruit can look forward to a full return to contact drills and training in two to four weeks.  
 
Charlotte Taylor 
Charlotte Taylor has made solid progress in her foot recovery as the 21-year-old continues to successfully train with the program. 

Taylor is eyeing a return in two to four weeks.
