Collingwood’s Head of High Performance Mathew Pell has provided an injury and health update ahead of Collingwood’s Round 10 match against Richmond at Victoria Park on Sunday afternoon.

NEW UPDATE

Ash Centra

Ash Centra experienced calf tightness following the Club’s final training session ahead of the Round 9 game against St Kilda. Centra was unable to overcome this for the match and was a late out.

Centra will continue to be assessed this week ahead of the side’s Round 10 match against Richmond.

Carly Remmos

Carly Remmos sustained a SC joint injury during the third quarter of Collingwood’s Round 8 match against the West Coast Eagles.

Following further medical consultations this week, it was decided that Remmos will not take any further part in the 2025 AFLW Season as she recovers.

OTHER UPDATES

Mattea Breed

Mattea Breed will take a longer-term approach in her recovery after being placed on the Inactive List to ensure a return to full strength leading into the 2026 AFLW pre-season.

Bri Davey

Bri Davey will be sidelined for the remainder of the NAB 2025 AFLW Season as she recovers from an ankle injury.

The midfielder has made good progress in her rehabilitation and should commence a running program in the coming month.  Davey and the Club will now adopt a longer-term approach to her recovery, with a focus on returning to full strength ahead of the 2026 AFLW pre-season.
