Collingwood is pleased to unveil its Pride Guernsey, adding a distinctive flair to one of the Club’s most iconic designs for the upcoming 2026 AFLW Pride Rounds.
The swooping Magpie holds a special place in the hearts of Collingwood supporters. Worn during the early 2000s and again with an updated modern design in 2023 with Nike, it quickly became a fan favourite.
For 2026, it takes on a new meaning for pride, with the swooping Magpie re-imagined with vibrant rainbow colours and detailing tracing the boarders of the traditional black and white stripes.
The design brings together the Club’s rich history with a celebration of the diverse identities and stories that makes up the Collingwood community.
The rainbow colours represent individuality and the freedom to be who you are, while the traditional black and white stripes remain the core of the guernsey.
Collingwood midfielder Airlie Runnalls shared the excitement of wearing the guernsey in celebration of Pride Round.
“Growing up as a Collingwood fan, we all loved the iconic swooping Magpie jumper, so to now have the opportunity to wear it myself is pretty special.
“Having the rainbow colours incorporated into the jumper makes it even more meaningful. It’s a great way to celebrate diversity and create a sense of belonging.
“Pride Round is about more than just the game. It’s about bringing our community together and creating a space where everyone can feel seen, safe and welcome.”
With the AFLW Pride Rounds just three weeks away, the Magpies will wear the guernsey across two games in Rounds 9 and 10.
Fans will have the opportunity to get their hands on the 2026 Pride Guernsey from today, with it being available to purchase at the Pies next three home games, as well as online and in-store.
