Scott Pendlebury and Travis Cloke will travel to Wagga Wagga for the Collingwood’s second NAB Challenge match against North Melbourne.

The Magpies’ have named a 29-man squad to make the trip north of the border for Saturday’s clash at Robertson Oval.

Pendlebury and Cloke watched from the stands in Geelong as their teammates notched an eight-point victory over the Cats at Simonds Stadium.

They will play their first match of the year in Wagga, while experienced teammates Dane Swan and Steele Sidebottom will sit out.

Darcy Moore and Tom Langdon have been named to play their first game of year, while a number of untried Magpies have also been named.

The most notable of which is Collingwood’s first selection in the draft, Brayden Sier.

Selected with pick 32, Sier was arguably one of the big surprises of the 2015 National Draft.

The big-bodied midfielder was 17-years-old when his name was called, with just two games for TAC Cup side the Northern Knights under his belt.

He remains a largely unknown quantity after not playing in Collingwood’s intra-club game on Thursday 18 February.

Fellow draftee Tom Phillips will join Sier in the squad to travel to Wagga, as will second-year rookie Matthew Goodyear and the recently acquired Tim Golds.

Another Magpie preparing to make his Collingwood debut this weekend is former GWS Giant Adam Treloar

While Treloar will not make the trip to Wagga Wagga, Nathan Buckley announced on Tuesday that the 22-year-old will line up for the VFL Magpies in a practice match against Werribee.

"We'll get 70 or 80 minutes of footy into him with a view of having him up for NAB 3," Buckley told the media.

"His last five weeks have been pristine. He's been in really good shape."

The VFL Magpies will meet Werribee at 1pm on Sunday at the Holden Centre. Collingwood Media will have details on the full squad later in the afternoon.
