Coach Nathan Buckley says Collingwood is supporting recruit Jack Crisp who is investigated for a wager made early last season while playing for the Brisbane Lions.
According to Buckley, the 21-year-old has been open and up front about the investigation.
"He was made aware of the AFL's knowledge of it two or three weeks ago and he's been really open and transparent in his misunderstanding of his obligations," Buckley said.
"I think the AFL have handled it well. We've been really forward with it as a club.
Collingwood defender Isaac Quaynor addressed the media as he was announced as one of the AFL's four Cultural Diversity Ambassadors.
