The manager of Greater Western Sydney youngster Taylor Adams says that a potential trade with Collingwood must be appealing to the Giants.
Collingwood is primed to secure young GWS midfielder Taylor Adams now that Heath Shaw has nominated the Giants as his preferred club.
A deal was not thrashed out on Tuesday, but there is the potential for the clubs to swap later draft picks to strengthen the Giants' position in the 2013 NAB AFL Draft.
"Collingwood is in a stronger position (to secure Adams), but a fair and reasonable trade needs to be worked out," Adams' manager Winston Rous told AFL Media.
Collingwood defender Isaac Quaynor addressed the media as he was announced as one of the AFL's four Cultural Diversity Ambassadors.
