> Watch Simon Prestigiacomo front the media after training on Friday

Simon Prestigiacomo is rarely in the media spotlight, so when the 32-year-old stepped in front of the cameras after the club’s training session on Friday, Collingwoodfc.com.au was there for every question.??

Below are excerpts from Prestigiacomo’s press conference??.

Will you line up on Nick Riewoldt? ??
Presti: I have obviously played on him a few times and I dare say we will cross paths during the day.??

Will you copy Brisbane’s tactics and pay close attention to Riewoldt?

We will play how we normally play.  In previous games we haven’t really targeted players.

On Collingwood's poor first quarter against Port Adelaide last week
They came out hard like we knew they would and they had the breeze, which didn’t help.  They got a jump on us but to our credit we matched them in the second half.??

How important is it to win this weekend?
If we want to maintain our spot in the top four we have to win these games.??

Is the side’s record against top-four teams a concern???

We focus on the opponent and don’t worry about ladder positions.  We focus (on our opponent's) last few games.??

What do you need to do to beat St Kilda???

I think we played pretty well against them last time.  We missed a few set shots, if we can hit the board we know we can match them.??

On your form at 32 years of age??
It was a struggle early on with a little injury and I needed a little stint in the twos to get back out there.??

I was injured and missed a year and didn’t realty know what the future was holding for me.  I am thankful the club stuck with me and I have managed to play some reasonably good footy since then.??

How is Josh Fraser going???

Obviously he is disappointed but he remains up beat and has been playing pretty well in the twos.  It won’t be too long until he is up there and plays his 200th game.

??On Nick Maxwell training with the group
He trained pretty well, obviously not this week but hopefully next week against the Tigers.
