Collingwood has named an unchanged line-up heading into a pivotal round 12 clash against Sydney at ANZ Stadium on Saturday night.
The Magpies have decided to stick to a winning combination and will take the same side over to Sydney which beat Melbourne two weeks ago by 66-points at the MCG on the Queen’s Birthday.
Tyson Goldsack, Cameron Wood and Paul Medhurst have been named on the emergency bench.
Defender Nathan Brown was under an injury cloud after sustaining a knee injury against Melbourne and has appeared to recover to line-up on Saturday night.
Medhurst, who played in the VFL loss last weekend, was close to selection but will need another week off before a possible return to senior footy.
With the VFL side scheduled for a bye this weekend, players not in the named side will have an extended break from competitive football.
The Magpies have a favourable record against the Swans, beating them in their last six matches including three in Sydney.
Head coach Mick Malthouse will coach his 600th VFL/AFL match, he is only the third coach in the history of the game to reach the 600 game milestone behind Jock McHale (714 games all with Collingwood) and Kevin Sheedy (635 games all with Essendon).only the third (a career in pictures).
A win against Sydney will position Collingwood inside the top-four for the first time this season.
Sydney have made three changes with Ed Barlow (15 games), Nick Smith (2 games) and Kris Thornton (4 games) set to play on Saturday night. Craig Bolton will miss with a knee injury and Nick Malceski and Amon Buchanan have been omitted.
