Jedd Longmire, Ben Silvagni, Tom Wilson, as well as AFL listed players Jakob Ryan, Ed Allan, Oscar Steene and Joe Richards will all make their Collingwood VFL debuts at Victoria Park.

Campbell Hustwaite and Lachlan Tardrew will continue to lead Collingwood’s VFL side for a third consecutive season in 2023.

The remainder of the leadership group will consist of Campbell Lane, Sam Glover, Kaden Schreiber and Jess Longmire who will also be supported by Tom Wilson.

Collingwood’s VFL Head Coach Josh Fraser said he has great confidence in this group of leaders.

“We’re pleased to have both Lachlan and Campbell lead us again for the upcoming season,” said Fraser.

“Both consistently demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities both on and off the field. Having them remain in their positions as Co-Captains for 2023 provides great stability for our program.”

“Sam, Campbell, Kaden, Jedd and Tom are all players who not only epitomise our Club values but also have a variety of experiences and skills to contribute to the program. By also having our leaders play in a range of positions across the ground will also be beneficial to the group.”
