With the 2025 trade and draft period complete, Collingwood's new players have had their jumper numbers confirmed ahead of the 2026 season.

#18 - Tyan Prindable

The Pies' first pick in the 2025 draft will wear the number 18 in his debut season at the Club. Travis Varcoe, Paul Licuria and Darren Jolly are some of the Pies of the 21st century to have worn the 18, while the legendary Mal 'Doc' Seddon who served in the first world war between his stints at the Pies was one of the first to wear the number.

#32 - Sam Swadling

Swadling assumes the 32 from recently retired premiership player Will Hoskin-Elliott, who has has had the number since 2017. Travis Cloke (2005 - 16) came before him, while 1990 premiership skipper Tony Shaw is perhaps the most accomplished Pie to have donned the number (albeit only for two games!).

#34 - Jack Buller

New Magpie Buller will be looking to create his own legacy in the 34 from 2026 onwards, with the number made famous by Doug Gott and Mick McGuane throughout their time in black and white. More recently, Jason Cloke and Alan Toovey have been the number holders.

#37 - Zac McCarthy

McCarthy takes over the number 37 from the eternally loved Oleg Markov, who had the number in his three years at the Club. The 37 is synonymous with fan favourites, with Brayden Maynard owning the 37 for the first nine years of his career, while Ryan Lonie roamed the wings in the number throughout the early 2000s.

#40 - Noah Howes

2025 mid-season draftee Howes has made the move from 47 to 40, previously worn by Ash Johnson for the last four seasons.

#41 - Angus Anderson

Anderson takes the 41 over from five-time Gordon Coventry medallist Brody Mihocek who now wears red and blue. Before Mihocek, Alan Richardson and Tom Langdon have been some of the most tenured players in the number 41 guernsey.

#43 - Jai Saxena

Saxena will wear the 43 in his debut year in the black and white. Ricky Barham of the 1970s wore the number, while eventual premiership captain Nick Maxwell had the 43 in the early stages of his career.
